At Karan Hospital, we offer specialized proctology training programs under the Skill Enhancement Program of the Association of Surgeons of India (SEPA), which equips surgeons with advanced laser techniques for anorectal surgery. This course offers indepth training on utilizing minimally invasive techniques and lasers for treating prevalent anorectal conditions. Participants will engage in practical sessions covering laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP), fistula treatment (including demonstrations of ProctoCorTM and VAAFT scopes), laser lateral internal sphincterotomy, and video-assisted pilonidal sinus ablation (VALAPS).
On 28th and 29th June, We had two day CME program master class in laser proctology followed by hands on training and live operative workshop.

From palpating the hemorrhoidal artery to ligating it to the fact that this is a HALs suture and another one you designed which is available in your and your wife's initials, to using 200joules in each pile mass to assessing the depth of the fiber by the intensity of the red light A - Z, you taught me, sir. I fall at your feet for teaching me all this in the perfect way possible. In the fistula, I am not able to reproduce your result. It will take more years to achieve your level of proficiency, sir.
