The 15th Live Minimally Invasive Proctology workshop was held on April 23rd and 24th, 2022, at Karan Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab. The workshop was endorsed by the American College of Surgeons. On both days, there was a live telecast of the program on YouTube. Dr. Kamal Gupta, Organising Chairman, Jalandhar, Punjab, and Dr. Kushal Mital, Hon. Secretary, ACRSI, Mumbai, delivered a talk on Minimally Invasive Procedures in Proctology. On the first day, a masterclass was held in the morning, followed by a live workshop in the afternoon. Four surgeries were demonstrated. On the second day, in the workshop, six cases were demonstrated. On both days, a total of 10 cases were completed, comprising of 3 hemorrhoids done by Finger Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation (FGHAL) and Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP), 1 pilonidal sinus done by Video-Assisted Laser Ablation of Pilonidal Sinus (VALAPS), 6 fistulas in an ano procedure by DCPF, distal coring proximal fistulotomy, Fixcision, drainage of intersphincteric abscess with primary fistulotomy, SLOFT. The total number of attendees was 7 surgeons, and online it was attended by 1306 surgeons.

Delivered a Lecture on Lasers in Proctology – The Right Way and operated a live workshop held on 18th – 19th September 2021 in CME on Advances in Ano-Rectal Surgeries organized by UP Chapter of ASI in Association with Varanasi Chapter ASI and Association of Colon and Rectal Surgeons of India.

Participated in ASICON held at Bhuvneshwar. Delivered a lecture on Laser Proctology - Evidence so far in the symposium held by ACRSI and another lecture on Laser Proctology in Colorectal session.
Participated in ACRSICON and 1st interim meeting of International Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons held in Mumbai. About one thousand delegates participate in the conference including international faculty. "Masterclass series on Laser Proctology" released by my teacher Dr. Ashok.
